  • VSCode — After using Sublime for many years, I moved to VSCode like everybody else.
  • Vitesse Theme — This is the theme I created, maintain, and proudly use everywhere.
  • Fira Code — I absolutely love this monospaced font because of all the ligatures.

Terminal

  • Hyper — Performance could be better, but I enjoy using this since it’s made with JavaScript.
  • NuShell — A new type of shell
  • Oh My ZSH — A collection of ZSH plugins that you install once and you’re ready to go.
  • Termius — SSH | SFTP | Port Forwarding | with a lot of features

Apps

  • 1Password — The first thing I install on any new device.
  • KeePassXC — Best Open Source Password Manager (I was using it before 1Password), must recommend if you don’t want to spend money on premium password managers.
  • ShareX — This is what I use whenever I need to share and/or highlight screenshots (for Windows).
  • Directory Opus — Kills frustration of Windows Explorer limitations (for Windows).
  • PowerToys — Extra cheese on Windows.
  • Figma — I never thought something would replace the Adobe suite for me. Figma did.
  • Grammarly — A must-have tool for non-native English speakers like me.
  • Matrix & mautrix bridges — Open Network decentralised communication.
  • Beeper — All chats in one app.
  • Mattermost — The secure collaboration hub for technical teams.
  • Notion — My personal OS with all the notes from all my projects.
  • DevKinsta — Local Wordpress inside Docker Container
  • Obsidian — My current choice for to-do lists and organizing notes.
  • 1.1.1.1 — Fast. Free. Private. Proxy/VPN.
  • Rambox — Workspace simplifier.
  • Zen Browser — Best browser ever.
  • WSL — Windows Subsystem for Linux.
  • Spotify — I love music.
  • Voicemeeter — Audio mixer, but I use it to get multiple audio outputs (for Windows).
  • Espanso — It make keyboard more then just a keyboard.
  • Balena Etcher — Flash OS images to SD cards & USB drives, safely and easily.
  • WebTorrent — Streaming torrent client.
  • Self-hosted Wireguard — VPN over the internet.
